TRADING TERMS

1. ABOUT US

IAS is a tour operator for Africa, providing value added services to clients in India and across the world. Our focus is mainly on
wildlife safaris in East and Southern Africa. Alongwith organising safaris, we also provide the personal touch to our clients and assist
the local communities in the regions we provide our services.

We represent as Agents a large number of reputed safari lodges and camps in some of the best wilderness areas of Africa. We
provide customized safari services that includes walking safaris, balloon safaris, luxury camping safaris, and DIY safaris. Our clients
include corporates and individuals - just about anybody who wishes to travel to Africa.

2. Booking and Payment

This website does not accept on-line bookings as of now.

The following booking system will be followed;

  • Client must email us seeking our services or accepting a safari or other package marketed by us on the website.
  • An invoice will be raised once there is an agreement on email and must be paid in full as per the Payment Terms (see below).
  • Once IAS' bank confirms receipt of the payment, we will issue a tentative booking for the client.
  • The booking will be treated as tentative until the full payment has been made.
  • IAS reserves the right to cancel the booking in case the client does not stick to the payment schedule. It is not IAS’ duty to inform
    the client about the payment dates, and late payments can result in cancellation of trip and forfeiture of amount paid as per the
    Payment Terms.
  • Until full payments have been made, the price of the package is subject to change depending on supplier rates and foreign
    currency fluctuations or any other reason beyond the control of IAS.

Payment Terms

25% non refundable advance at the time of making a tentative booking.

50% 90 days before the date of travel.

25% 30 days before the date of travel.

Reservation will be confirmed only against receipt of 100% of our total invoice amount including taxes if any.

For flight tickets, we require 100% advance payments.

International Payments must be paid directly into our bank account (details will be found at the bottom of our invoice).

Local payments can be made by Demand Draft / Pay Order / Cheque / NEFT / RTGS as per the payee details mentioned on the
invoice.

Service charges and Service Tax as per Indian laws will be included in the invoice.

Payments to our account must cover for bank charges.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

As cancellation and refund policies vary across suppliers, kindly check with us at the time of booking.

7. General Information

The rates quoted are subject to change without prior warning if there are any fluctuations in foreign exchange, bed levies, park fees,
fuel, service tax, sales tax, VAT, third–party services or any other circumstances beyond our control.

IAS does not own or control suppliers like airlines, shipping companies, transport companies, hotels, lodges, camps, game reserves,
etc. IAS acts only as an Agent / Partner on behalf of its clients and suppliers and cannot be held responsible for the services of
these suppliers.

To comply with international insurance requirements, all airline tickets must clearly show the passenger's title, full name and
surname (as indicated in your passport). As this applies to both scheduled and charter flights, we would be grateful if you could
provide us with this information as soon as possible.

As countries can change their visa procedures without warning, you are requested to keep track of such developments at the time of
booking with us. IAS cannot be held responsible should the necessary visa requirements not be fulfilled.

It is recommended that you travel with a passport that has at least 2 blank passport pages per country visited. Please ensure that
your passport is valid for a minimum of 6 months after your date of travel.

It is very important that you take precautions against malaria prior to the commencement of your holiday. We recommend you
contact your pharmacist/travel advisory clinic for advice regarding the recommended prophylactic.

Pl be aware that Yellow fever vaccination is compulsory in many countries in Africa

Please be aware that any scheduled or charter flights booked may involve multiple stops en route before reaching your final
destination.

Guests must always take out their own medical insurance to cover all expenses. Please contact us should further information be
required.

Pl let us know your dietary requirements when you book with us and many establishments will be unable to meet your requests at
the last minute.

Tips and porterage is at the guest's discretion.
